Vendor Terms<\/h2>\n<p>Vendors agree to:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Provide accurate and lawful product listings.<\/li>\n<li>Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Fulfill orders promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Honor refund and return policies stated in listings.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain required licenses and permits.<\/li>\n<li>Not list prohibited or illegal items.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>We reserve the right to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Remove listings.<\/li>\n<li>Suspend or terminate Vendor accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Withhold payouts in case of disputes, fraud, or violations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>6. Orders and Payments<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>All prices are listed in US Dollars<\/li>\n<li>Payment processing is handled through third-party payment providers.<\/li>\n<li>The Platform may collect commission or service fees.<\/li>\n<li>Vendors are responsible for taxes, unless otherwise required by law.<\/li>\n<li>Orders are subject to Vendor acceptance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are not responsible for payment processing errors caused by third-party providers.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>7. Shipping and Delivery<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Vendors are responsible for shipping and delivery timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Shipping costs and delivery estimates must be clearly stated.<\/li>\n<li>Risk of loss transfers according to applicable law or Vendor policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Platform is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>8. Returns, Refunds, and Disputes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Return and refund policies are determined by each Vendor.<\/li>\n<li>Customers must review Vendor policies before purchase.<\/li>\n<li>We may facilitate dispute resolution but are not obligated to do so.<\/li>\n<li>We reserve the right to make final determinations in disputes when necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>9.
